the third printed map of Scandinavia.
As a source Waldseemüller used Henry Martellus proptype manuscript. This was also used in the 1482 Ulm edition, showing Scandinavia as a triangular peninsula joined to a narrow neck of land to northern Europe, with Greenland as another peninsula further north.
