a letter of introduction for Mademoiselle Paule Guyrard, daughter of the music publisher Antonio Pacini, recommending her as a first-class pianist, assuring him that her moral and intellectual virtues ("...Le di lei Virtù morali e Intelletuali...") will endear her to the English, asking him about his musical plans and when he will next come to perform in Paris, as he wishes the Parisians to have the chance to get to know and applaud him ("...parlatemi del vostro avvenire musicale!! Vorrei che i Parigini avessero una occasione per ben conoscer ed' applaudirvi..."), 2 pages, 4to (c.22 x 17cms), creasing along vertical fold, Paris, 6 May 1865
