- Typed letter signed ("C.G.Jung"), concerning the quakers, and one autograph letter signed ("Jung"), to a patient, both apparently unpublished
1. Typed letter signed ("C.G. Jung"), in English, to Irene Pickard, concerning the Quakers, thanking her for the book Christian Life in the Society of Friends, stating that he has always been interested in the Quaker position since he believes that they were "the only true Christians", and adding that he is glad to know that his ideas are of value to "people who had the Quaker training", 1 page, 4to, Küsnacht-Zürich, 31 July 1935, creasing, splitting along folds, a few tiny tears to upper edge, a few tiny stains
2. Autograph letter signed ("Jung"), in German, to "Frau Pfarrer", congratulating her on the birth of a son, and stating that they will be able to see later how to proceed ("...Später werden wir wieder sehen, wohin der Weg führt..."), 1 page, 8vo, Küsnacht-Zürich, 3 October 1923, light creasing, small paper-clip rust stain
2. Catalogue Note
A Geneva Quaker-Jung study group, of which Irene Pickard was a member, had visited Jung a month earlier on 29 June and conducted a revealing interview with him. The Quakers were the only 'non-professional' group up until then interested enough in Jung's work to visit him.
