4to (228 x 155mm.), black letter, printed in red and black throughout, woodcut initials, printed music, woodcut illustration of the Crucifixion on k6, nineteenth-century blind-stamped calf in antique style, lettered in gilt on covers and spine, a few contemporary annotations in Latin and English, lacking 13 leaves (a1_8, v4-8 and x1-6), occasional light staining, extremities slightly rubbed
