Chancery folio (286 x 209mm.), 32 leaves, double column, 47 lines of commentary, Gothic letter, xylographic title-page, woodcut illustration of Zodiac Man, woodcut illustration of a pyramid, two 9-line and eight 4-line white-on-black woodcut initials, old vellum, worming, largely marginal but affecting a few words (especially in the first quire), some staining (largely confined to upper margin), small area of mould in upper corner of margin
