The unusual  sphinx supports below the arms are the same as on a set of chairs in the collection of Schloss Windischgrätz in Vienna. This was the home of Alfred Ferdinand von Windischgrätz, an Austrian marshall (b 11th May 1787-d. 21st March 1862).
