Description
Composed of 211 natural pearls and 165 cultured pearls measuring approximately 8.10 to 3.70 mm., the clasp set with old European-cut and old mine diamonds weighing approximately 1.10 carats, mounted in platinum, length 39 inches, signed Cartier, Paris.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF no. 53917 stating 211 natural pearls and 165 cultured pearls, saltwater. Good condition. The cream colored pearls are predominantly round to near round with approximately 8 off-round examples. Presenting soft to moderate pink and green overtones, generally good luster with waxy and high luster examples. Predominantly minor blemishing with very nice skins. The clasp is set with 24 old European- and 3 old mine-cut diamonds; approximately 1.10 carats, H-I color, VS-SI clarity. Signed Cartier, Paris with scratch numbers. Fitted with safety clasp. The strands aren't knotted, but the strings remain in good condition.
