Sapphire and diamond ring

The oval sapphire weighing 33.60 carats, single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.90 carats, mounted in platinum, size 6½.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 0906039 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin; no indications of heating. The sapphire is a medium slightly violetish blue color and is slightly to moderately included. A small amount of uneven color distribution. The diamonds are approximately G-H color and VS clarity. Ring gallery detaches and with some modification, could be used as a pendant. In very good condition.
