Designed as a curving gold branch supporting two stylized pears, one set with numerous round diamonds, the other composed of a coral segment accented by tiny gold beads, set at the tops with 2 ruby beads, and decorated at the bottoms with translucent red enamel, completed by a polished gold stem accented with a ruby cabochon and leaves set with diamonds and applied with translucent light green enamel, altogether set with 145 round and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.25 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold and platinum, signed Tiffany & Co, one diamond missing.

Condition

Good overall condition. General wear and minor discoloration to the gold. Small area of enamel loss to leaf at far right. The coral is a soft medium pink-orange with minor color mottling. The ruby beads and cabochon are deep purplish red and typically included. The round and single-cut diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS clarity. The location of the missing diamond is at the top of the 2nd leaf from right and is not readily apparent.
