Description
The graduated single-strand composed of 93 natural pearls measuring approximately 8.9 to 3.4 mm., completed by a stylized clasp set with a marquise-shaped and 12 round diamonds, mounted in platinum and gold, length 18 inches.
Condition
Good condition with general surface wear and minor evidence of soldering to the clasp. Accompanied by GIA report no. 1102482697 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater. The slightly silvery white, round to off-round pearls present a satin-like luster. Peeling skins to the majority of the larger pearls but only minute pitting. Some pearls with soft pink and/or green overtones. The marquise-cut diamond (approx. .50 carat) and old European-cut diamonds (approx. .30 carat) are approximately H-J color, VS-SI clarity. String has not been knotted.
