Description
Each anchored by a drop-shaped cultured pearl measuring approximately 12.12 x 13.96 mm, to a stylised cap pavé-set with circular-cut alexandrites, suspending from a flower head motif set with oval alexandrites, each centring a brilliant-cut diamond, the alexandrites altogether weighing approximately 3.85 carats, mounted in platinum and blackened platinum.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the cultured pearls are of slightly dropped shape, white colour with slight rosé-overtone, good to very good lustre, generally clean to naked eyes. Upon close and careful look, there are a few small blemishes close to bottom, but not seen in normal distance. All alexandrites display matching and prominent colour-change, from bluish-green in daylight, to purple in incandescent light, eye clean and lively. Two round diamonds in the surmounts are probably of F to G colours, VVS2 to VS clarity.
Condition: Elegant pair of ear-drops with unusual but harmonious combination, in mint condition.
