Description
- Cabochons approximately 12.80 x 10.50 x 7.20 to 13.50 x 10.50 x 6.15 mm.
Modelled as a peapod, the peas set with three highly translucent icy jadeite cabochons, the pod embellished with circular-cut tsavorite garnets, mounted in 18 karat blackened gold, accompanied by a silver-grey cord, length approximately 440 mm.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the three icy jadeite cabochons are highly translucent to almost semi-transparent, nice thickness. Upon illumination, there are some darker greenish spotty inclusions which are not seen in distance. The tsavorite garnets are about medium yellowish green colour, eye clean. The tsavorite garnets together weighing approximately 4.55 carats.
Condition: Good workmanship gives a lively 'peapod' appearance, in excellent condition.
