Description
- Jaeger-LeCoultre
- Cabochons approximately 16.54 x 13.62 x 4.75 and 16.50 x 11.95 x 3.75 mm respectively.
The two rings each centring on an oval jadeite cabochon, within a ballerina setting composed of tapered baguette diamonds together weighing approximately 5.00 and 2.50 carats respectively; and a lady's wrist watch, the circular case, housing a gold matte dial, the shoulders set with circular-cut diamonds, completed by a braided chain bracelet, accented to the bezel shoulders with circular-cut diamonds, length approximately 170 mm, manual winding to the back, dial signed, caseback numbered 93648; mounted in yellow gold. (3)
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the jadeite cabochon on the smaller ring is translucent, of strong apple green colour. Tapered diamonds are probably of I to J colours, VS to SI1 clarity. The other jadeite cabochon is translucent, of deep green colour. Tapered diamonds are about I colour, VS clarity. Upon illumination, the jadeite cabochons may show some cloud inclusions.
Condition: Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the watch movement, which is manual winding movement and is in working order at present. Consistent with age and use, there is slight tarnishing to the metal on the watch, but not noticeable when worn. Scratches and abrasions to the watch metal and ring mounts, otherwise in good condition.
