GOLDEN CULTURED PEARL AND YELLOW DIAMOND NECKLACE

Composed of thirty-three golden baroque-shaped cultured pearls measuring approximately 11.33 x 10.30 x 10.36 to 15.66 x 13.48 x 13.58 mm, each decorated by a yellow diamond-set ring, completed by a ball clasp pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds of yellow and pink hues, the diamonds together weighing approximately 9.35 carats, mounted in 18 karat yellow, pink and blackened gold, length approximately 455 mm.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the cultured pearls are in graduated size, of semi-baroque to baroque shape and medium golden yellow colour, very good lustre with ridged rings on surface. Diamonds on the ball clasp are in a range of colours from near-colourless (about J) to intense yellow and greenish yellow hues, overall in VS to SI clarity. Other small yellow diamonds set around the cultured pearls are about medium to intense yellow colour, VS to Sl clarity. Condition: An unusual and pretty pearl strand, in mint condition.
