Description
- Leaf approximately 40.40 x 24.80 x 2.85 mm; oval and circular cabochons approximately 9.80 x 8.25 x 3.46, 3.26 x 1.35 to 4.37 x 1.28 mm respectively.
Set with a translucent carved jadeite leaf of intense emerald green colour, supported by a cone-shaped motif encrusted with brilliant-cut diamonds, the terminal designed as a stylised peacock feather, centring on a translucent emerald green oval jadeite cabochon surrounded by seven circular jadeite cabochons of similar colour and transulency, further enhanced by two circular ruby cabochons, mounted in 18 karat white gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the carved jadeite 'leaf' is translucent, of intense emerald green colour. Upon illumination, there are cloud inclusions, not seen in normal lighting. Other jadeite cabochons set to the bottom are of similar colour and translucency. Diamonds together weighing approximately 1.15 carats, are about G to H colours, VS clarity. Two small cabochon rubies together weighing approximately 0.50 carat, are medium red colour, eye clean.
