Description
The articulated necklace composed to the front with nine oval rubies, within conforming surrounds of brilliant-cut diamonds, linked by brilliant-cut diamond-set bars, completed to the back with a double row of brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 400 mm; the bracelet of matching design set with three oval rubies, length approximately 180 mm; the ring en suite, and pair of matching ear studs, each centring on an oval ruby, within a double surround of brilliant-cut diamonds; the rubies and diamonds altogether weighing approximately 65.45 and 30.00 carats respectively; mounted in 18 karat white gold. Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the rubies are matching, of medium, deep red colour, translucent clarity. Upon 10x loupe, all rubies generally have silky fingerprint inclusions and some are surface-reaching, which slightly affect the brilliance. Diamonds in the surrounds are about G colour, SI clarity, with good brilliance.
Condition: The entire suite was just sent for professional service and is currently in mint condition.
