Description
Claw-set with an oval sapphire, decorated to each side with three marquise-shaped diamonds, mounted in platinum, size 51, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Stamped Pt 950 for platinum. Sapphire measuring approximately 14.60 x 11.20 x 6.95mm, estimated to weigh approximately 8.70 carats, good brilliance, typical crystal inclusions, medium strong saturation. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 0.60 carats in total, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In good condition.
