Description
Centring on a silver Testone coin depicting the Duke of Milan, inscribed to the reverse Milano Galeazzo Maria Sforza 1466-1476 Testone, within an octagonal border of brilliant-cut diamonds, to a fancy link chain, mounted in yellow gold, length approximately 375mm, signed Bulgari and numbered.

Condition
Stamped 750 for gold, signed BVLGARI and numbered 111332 to safety catch. Gross weight approximately 14 grams. Inscribed at the back: MILANO GALEAZZO MARIA SFORZA 1466-1476 TESTONE. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 3.20 carats in total, generally G-H colour, VS clarity. Minor scratches and tarnish to the metal commensurate with normal wear. Secure clasp with safety catch. In good condition.
