Condition
The canvas is loosely stretched. There is black tape around the edges which has begun to tear in some section and particularly on the corners. There are cracks and craquelure to the paint layer throughout the piece, in some cases resulting in areas of pigment loss. Some of these appear to be inherent to the work while others don't—like one on the face of the figure on the upper right quadrant as well as others in the lower half of the painting. It is hard to asses whether these are inherent to the work or if they are the result of wear and tear to the paint surface.
