Description

The open work plaque ring set with cushion-shaped, old mine and rose-cut diamonds, size N, French assay and import marks, later shank.

Condition

Mounted in silver and gold. Stamped with French assay marks for silver and import marks. Georgian ring, George III (1738-1820). Stones in closed back settings. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00 - 4.50 carats, of mixed colours and clarities, some with abraded facet junctions. Central stone calculated to weigh approximately 0.72 carats. Thin band. In good condition.
