Description

Centring on a step-cut citrine to a series of fancy reeded links set at intervals with collet-set opals, the back of baton linking, length approximately 430mm, French import marks.

Condition

Citrine stated to weigh 11.10 carats, loose in mount, chip to one corner. Opals stated to weigh 5.25 carats in total, milky bodycolour, play-of-colour one crazed. Chased links, some enamel loss. Secure clasp. Scratches and indentations to mounting consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
