The very large painting retains its original silk brocade mount and is in fair condition overall, but with losses due to vertical and horizontal creases, the most prominent vertical crease badly affecting the central Vajrabhairava within the mandala palace and running the length of the painting through the Vajradhara in the upper register and the Yama in the center of the lower register, with overall losses predominantly in the blues. No restoration and no severe water damage.
