Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on board. General staining to the sheet with associated spots of foxing throughout. There are artist's pinholes in the corners and in the centre of the left and right edges. The left edge is slightly irregular which corresponds to the perforation of the original sketchbook. There are minor restored creases running perpendicularly to the edges. There is a 8cm restored tear running sinuously in the centre of the composition and 3 hairline diagonal scratches running from the upper right corner to the lower edge. Apart from some time-staining, this work is in stable condition.
