Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, attached to the mount at the top two corners. There are two 1cm. long tears in the upper half of the right edge and two 1cm. tears long near to the extreme left edge. There is a 1cm. tear in the upper left quadrant near the centre of the upper edge. There is a 3 by 0.5 cm. line of paper rubbing with associated paint loss to the left of the upper edge. Apart from light time staining to the visible area of the sheet, specks of foxing and some very light water stains in the centre of the sheet, this work is in good condition.
Colours: The paper tone is slightly warmer, the green is more vivid, and the mauve is stronger in the original.
