Condition

The canvas is not lined. There are three lines of retouching running vertically to the right edge, the largest 10cm. in length. There are two lines of paint loss running vertical to the right edge and to the left edge, up to 10cm in length. There are some small paint losses and craquelure to the centre of the left sunflower. All retouching is visible under UV light. Apart from some vertical lines of craquelure at intervals across the work, though mainly outside of the central composition, this work is in fairly good condition. Colours: Overall less red in the original.
