Condition

Executed on buff-coloured wove paper, laid down on board, hinged to the overmount at three points along the upper edge. There is a 4cm. repaired tear running horizontally to the centre of the right edge. There are some minor tape remnants to all four edges on the recto (not visible when framed) and to the upper and lower edge on the verso. There is some minor water staining to the centre left and upper right of the work, probably intrinsic to the laying down process. Apart from some minor time-staining to the sheet, this work is in good condition. Colours: Overall more subtle in the original.
