Condition
The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean with no visible imperfections. The case shows signs of light to moderate wear to the surface; the lighter scuffs could be easily buffed out. The edge of the bezel shows a few less superficial dings.

Catalogue Note
Accompanied by a Certificate of Origin dated January 31st, 2001, as well as an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1999 and sale on September 4th, 2000. Together with original sales receipt from Harrods and promotional literature within a leather folder. Further accompanied by a suede pouch, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
Ref. 4905 was launched in 2000 and was in production for five years. It was created as the companion piece to the gentleman's wristwatch, Ref. 5107. The two models share an unusual element for Patek Philippe, the protective shoulders to the crown, as well as a sapphire crystal display back, which is rarely seen in lady's watches.
