  • Two gold and enamel watchescirca 1800
  • diameters: 40 mm & 48 mm
the first: associated lever movement signed Barrauds & Lund • white enamel dial • case centred with an enamel classical scene painted en grisaille over pale blue ground, diamond set bezel and bow • the second: gilt full plate verge movement signed Revel, Paris, pierced and engraved balance bridge • enamel dial, Arabic numerals • case back centred with an enamel scene of a couple over pale blue ground, pearl set bezels

Condition

Anonymous watch: The associated lever movement is fully wound and is not running (circa 1840). Enamel dial in good condition. Enamel scene to case back with some scuffs but overall on good condition. Extensive tarnishings to the bezel and there a couple od diamonds missing. Revel watch: The movement is fully wound but is not running. Enamel dial with damage to the winding hole. Missings minute hand. Clasp to case is loose but overall the case is in good condition.
