In virtually unworn condition. The movement is running, however it may require service soon. The dial is very clean with no visible imperfections. The case shows only shop wear. The T-150 was created in 2001 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the relationship between Tiffany and Patek Philippe. Mr. Philippe Stern and Mr. Thierry Stern were personally involved in the development and design of this model, and committed to limiting the use of this aesthetic, with its unusual semi-linear calendar display and Officer-style case, exclusively to the T-150. Its production was limited to 150 pieces, respectively, in white, yellow and pink gold

As the first retailer for Patek Philippe in America, Tiffany continues to enjoy a flourishing relationship with the firm. Ref. 5150 was the first model that Patek Philippe created in a limited edition wristwatch for an American retailer. In 2008, the first Patek Philippe boutique in America was opened in Tiffany's famed 5th Avenue building in New York City.
