of cartouche form, embossed and chased with columns topped by urns of palms and linked by swags of leaves, all on diaper ground, the center chased with a coronet above a later raised compartment for portion plaques, with four plaques (two engraved on both sides, and two unengraved), hung with three shields, suspension chain
