Rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately .45 carat, mounted in gold and platinum, signed Cartier, Paris, Londres, New York.

Condition

Set with 340 rose-cut diamonds of decorative quality. Repairs to orange enamel, some losses to black enamel on connector chaining. Scene depicting a Japanese garden. Beautifully inlaid mother-of-pearl segments. Inside reveals three compartments with a mirror. In good condition overall. Please note that the red lacquer and mother-of-pearl inlaid panel (laque burgauté) with gold trim are later additions; the case, including the diamond-set trim and the suspension loop and chain, are original (by Cartier).
