Description

The ring set with a natural semi-baroque pearl measuring approximately 13.9 by 13.7 mm., marquise-shaped, round and baguette diamonds weighing approximately 2.60 carats, mounted in 14 karat white gold, size 7; the earrings set with 2 natural button-shaped pearls measuring approximately 12.0 by 8.9 mm. and 11.9 by 9.0 mm., and 2 cultured baroque pearl drops measuring approximately 13.4 by 11.9 mm. and 14.0 by 12.2 mm.

Condition

Accompanied by GIA report no. 2105518131 stating the ring as a natural pearl, saltwater, treatment: worked; Comments field on the GIA report no. 2105518131 states that 'The shape and surface of this pearl has been modified. Pearl described insofar as mounting permits observation." According to the GIA, these 'comments' refer to the fact that the pearl has been cut at the base as well as polished to shape it in order for it to fit better into the mounting. The pearl is a creamy white hue with overtones of pink and green, wrinkled skin, off-round shape and good luster. The ring is set with 24 marquise-shaped, 22 round and 16 baguette diamonds approximately I-K color and SI-I clarity. EARRINGS: Accompanied by GIA report no. 1102518140 stating the earrings (tops) as 2 natural pearls, saltwater, the drops are bead cultured and non-bead cultured. One top pearl is partially drilled in 3 places, not visible from the front. The pearls are a creamy white hue, one drop more silver than the other three, but all with good luster, wrinkled skins, irregular shapes and minor blemishing. Diamonds are approximately 1.50 cts, I-J color and VS-I clarity. All pieces in good condition.
