Description
The ring set with a cabochon ruby measuring approximately 28.3 by 18.7 by 10.8 mm., round, single-cut and baguette diamonds weighing approximately 1.15 carats, one diamond missing; the earclips set with 2 cabochon rubies measuring approximately 11.4 by 10.9 mm., single-cut and baguette diamonds weighing approximately .60 carat.
Condition
RING: The ruby is an opaque deep purplish red color with numerous surface-reaching inclusions and a rather deep fissure on the back of the stone, but it remains stable. The 78 round, single-cut and 4 baguette-cut diamonds are of decorative quality and there is one small diamond, as well as its head mounting, missing at one shoulder. EARCLIPS: Stamped K.S. set with 44 single-cut and 8 baguette diamonds of decorative quality. The rubies are of similar quality to the ring. All pieces in good condition overall.
