Description
The drilled briolette peridot measuring approximately 20.0 by 22.0 by 11.0 mm., in a frame of conforming shape with pierced surmount, set with numerous single-cut and old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 carats, mounted in platinum, signed BBB, possibly for Bailey, Banks & Biddle, numbered 95494.
Condition
The peridot is drilled and was likely a bead, not noticeable when worn as it is obscured by the front of the mounting. The pendant bail is stamped 95494 and BBB, there are also numerous scratch numbers on reverse of pendant. There are minor abrasions to the facet junctions of the peridot. The diamonds are approximately G-H color and VS-SI clarity. In good condition.
