Diamond and emerald necklace and matching earrings

The necklace of modified négligée design supporting two elongated drop-shaped pendants, decorated in a stylized foliate motif with calibré-cut emeralds, the whole set with numerous old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.75 carats, the earclips, en suite, set with old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.00 carats, mounted in platinum, necklace length 16 inches. 

An emerald from the necklace's right pendant missing. Evidence of repair to one of the links on the right-hand side of the necklace; the connector ring partially open and may ultimately need to be repaired. Otherwise in good general condition. The medium bluish green emeralds are decorative in quality; some chipped. The diamonds are approximately H-I color and predominantly SI quality. The earrings with posts and lever backs. Although inspired by early 20th century designs, the set is modern. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE LINK HAS BECOME DETACHED, SOTHEBY'S WILL REPAIR FOR THE PURCHASER.
