The hinged rectangular box of finely reeded design set on the thumbpiece with calibré-cut sapphires, gross weight approximately 155 dwts., 5½ by 3¼ inches, signed Cartier, Paris, made in France, numbered 65494. With black suede pouch and red leather case, both signed Cartier.
Condition
signed on left hand side of the clasp.
Interior of box shows typical signs of wear, some minor scratches and discoloration to the gold; should be able to be polished out.
Exterior of box in good condition. Warmer in colour than illustration.
