The door knocker motifs pavé-set with 96 round diamonds weighing approximately 5.25 carats, within textured gold borders, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered NY44805.
Condition
Good condition with gentle surface wear. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. Signed on both clips. Fitted with posts.
