The illustration is slightly too bright and orange.
The gilding have been cleaned. Overall condition is fine ; severall spots to the gilding.

La bibliothèque Doucet conserve un dessin préparatoire provenant de l'atelier d'Osmond (fig. 1) : ce modèle, répertorié sous le n°110 et qualifié de "Pièce à portail" dans le Livre des Desseins de l'atelier, fut décliné en plusieurs variantes, soit simplifiée comme notre pendule, soit ornée d'enfants atlantes à la place des volutes ou de génies au sommet de l'entablement.
