  • Cafetière en laiton doré dans son écrin, Italie, probablement Rome, vers 1740
  • Un dessin, projet d'une cafetière très similaire, figure dans les collections du Cooper-Hewitt museum de New York. Sous ce dessin est écrit Souvenir du Duc Caetani Aug.te Bergeret Rome. Il est illustré dans l'ouvrage d'Alain Gruber, l'Argenterie de maison du XVIe au XIXe siècle, 1982, n° 145, p. 118.

Condition

In overall good condition. The case leather slightly worn. The ewer gilding very slightly worn. Very nice piece, very attractive.
