reposant sur un piédouche se dévissant ciselé de feuilles de laurier et palmettes sur fond amati, les deux anses de la coupe formées de bustes de putti ailés tenant des guirlandes, le couvercle à prise en tortil de fleurs, le corps gravé postérieurement d'armoiries et de la devise AT SPES INFRACTA

Condition

In overall good condition. Possibly regilt. Minor usual scratches. Marks not very legible on both footrim, body and cover. The arms are those of Fitzalan Hope, of England. Very attractive piece.
