The Sheffield mug with maker's marks J.R within a canted rectangular punch, the Birmingham pitcher with maker's marks H&H within an oval punch for Hakin & Heath Ltd.; the horn cup with a cartouche engraved Presented to / Capt G Mosley / by / Captn Hibbert / 7th Fusiliers / Crimea. March 20 / 1855 beneath a cartouche engraved with a falcon crest.
Condition
Overall good condition; the pitcher with an age crack to the husk which is stable; the husk to the mug with some small chips and wear to the upper part; the silver banding to the horn cup re-glued and slightly off; rubbing and wear to the upper rim; some minor vertical age cracks to the interior of the horn cup.
