set with geometric bands of sapphire and ruby quatrefoils alternating with squares of old mine diamonds framed by black enamel, the sides with oval clusters of graduated pearls bordered calibre emeralds with double rows of diamonds, on a detachable gold wirework stem set at center with ruby beads in black enamel collets with alternating pearl and emerald bead terminals
