- first pair fully marked on bases, second pair fully marked near rims
- heights 6 1/4 in, 4 3/8 in.
- 15.8cm, 11cm
the first chased with textured flutes and with repeating shell border, on shallow square plinth, stems crested; the second pair gilt with gadrooned lower bodies, later engraved with a band of overlapping stylized leaves
Condition
first pair: rims need straightening on both, one with tiny fissure to rim, otherwise good; second pair: as note re later engraved band, good condition
