of campana form chased with bands of formal foliage, flowers and scrolls, the upswept handles with foliate terminals, one side engraved with contemporary arms, the opposite with presentation inscription, detachable collars and plated liners

The arms are those Hammond, of Chertsey, impaling probably Kaynell.
