applied with a splayed-winged dragon with on frosted surface, the handle formed as a dragon with his head coiled and resting on the hinged cover and tail extending to form the base rim, gilt interiors

frosting a little rubbed on cups, otherwise good condition, no sign of engraving removed and frosted surface undisturbed
