  • armorial snuffbox apparently unmarked, probably Hanau, late 19th century; gold and enamel snuffbox marked on cover, circa 1840; vinaigrette apparently unmarked, circa 1840

the first rectangular, the bombé sides chased with scrolling foliage spaced by panels of blue and gold enamel trellis, the cover mounted with a gold and enamel armorial flanked by foliage on a blue enamel ground and within a border of diamonds and sapphires; the second rectangular with shaped corners, the sides chased with twisting foliage, the cover with a running hound against a blue enamel ground; the vinaigrette rectangular, the cover and base engraved with scrolling foliage within applied conforming borders, the grate pierced and engraved with foliage and cornucopias
