This painting has been cleaned since it was photographed for the catalogue, although the lower-left corner, where 'FERRON' is inscribed in what appears to be ballpoint pen, remains untouched. Removal of surface dirt exposed brilliant whites with extremely fine craquellure throughout. It is in overall excellent condition, with no apparent issues under UV.
