of heavy gauge, comprising: Teapot and Stand, Coffee Pot, two-handled Sugar Bowl and Creamer, all with basket weave bands at shoulders and raised collars with running leaf tip rims, the teapot handle rising from a female mask, marked on bases with pseudo London marks and date letter C, also with French control marks

Several of the features in this set may be found on a hot water jug by Paul Storr, London, 1805 (sold Christie's, New York, Morgan Collection, 26 October 1982, lot 19), including the running leaf-tip borders, the basket weave band and the female mask below the upper handle terminal.
