Condition

Overall very good original condition. This modular unit can be arranged in many different variations. The stanchions with some minor surface scratches. Each with leveling foot. The shelves with minor scratches, and are in excellent condition. There are two sizes of shelves, and some locations of the holes for the screws varies, which allows for the variation in depth once the whole work is assembled. One shelf with a circular area of discoloration. The rare sliding door compartment in excellent condition and like the shelves can be placed in any location on the stanchions. The blue doors with some crazing and some slight discoloration. The interior opens to reveal a glass shelf which is half the depth of the compartment, allowing for large bottle storage. All of the compartments are finished to the front and back, therefore the piece can function as a room divider and does not need to be against the wall. Furthermore this is one of the few shelving units of he era that does not need to be attached to the ceiling. A superb and rare configuration.
