Condition

On Japan paper, with presumably large margins and in very good condition, not examined out of frame. This work is framed in a handsome period ebonized oak from (see photo on Sothebys.com) which accompanies the lot. The print is in good condition apart from remains of adhesive along the upper sheet edge recto. Two small additional spots of adhesive at the upper sheet corners verso. The paper tone has darkened slightly over time. There are three tiny pin holes along the right deckle. Sheet dimensions: 389 by 262 mm
